Q: How much do lessons cost at other music studios?

A: Music lessons or tutoring in any area will cost anywhere from $80.00 to $100.00 per month. We charge $90-Guitar, $90-Piano, a month for 4 weekly half hour lessons.

Q: How do I know if my young child is ready for music lessons?

A: The child’s age, motor skills, and ability to concentrate on a task are definitely factors. Most children are ready for piano lessons at age 5, guitar students at age 8.

 

Q: Do I have to own a piano or guitar?

A: Yes, each student is required to have an instrument that is readily available for them to practice on every day. It can be a digital, electric, or acoustic piano. It is not necessary for the piano to have the full 88 keys (some electric pianos are smaller).

 

Q: Do I have to know how to tune my guitar?

A: You will be taught how to tune your instrument during your music lesson.
